Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of shipment date. Returned or exchanged items must be in unworn condition, with any or all tags attached and include the original certification (diamond jewelry).

Please note that all personalized and engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

To return or exchange an item, please contact us via email at support@dtlafinejewelry.com and provide your order number. Within 24hours we will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Please note returns will not be accepted without an RMA number, and we will not be responsible for any lost or misplaced items.

Please ship your merchandise, pre-paid and insured for the full purchase price, to the following address and indicate the RMA number below the address. Your packing slip must accompany your return.

We can also provide a pre-paid return shipping label. If you would like a pre-paid shipping label please let us know via email when requesting the RMA number. Please note that the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

All returns are inspected by our Quality Assurance Department and we will credit your original method of payment within 2 business days of receiving the correctly returned product. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to show in your statement.

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange a product, please email us at support@dtlafinejewelry.com to request and RMA number and indicate the item number that you would like to exchange with. We will contact you with additional instructions for this process.
